I tell you whether I can help, and if I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful. From there, the work is structured in defined arcs rather than open-ended subscriptions.
Bearing
One session · A fixed coordinate
A bearing is a single reading taken on a fixed point. This is a single ninety-minute session for a decision that needs one clear look rather than a full arc of work: an offer on the table, a conversation you've been avoiding, a choice you've circled for months. You leave knowing the real question, which is rarely the one you came in with, and one move you can make this week. The fee is credited in full against any arc booked within thirty days.
Focused Arc
Three sessions
For a specific, well-defined challenge. A decision, a transition, a stalled pattern that needs focused attention and a concrete way through. Three sessions, each building on the last. We close with a concrete next step and an honest look at the pattern underneath your challenge. That pattern is what stays with you.
Deep Arc
Six sessions
Some things don't resolve in a single pass. If you're working through something structural — identity, leadership presence, recalibrating how you operate around ADHD or other neurodivergent traits, a shift in how you lead — six sessions gives us room to actually move it. We check in against the big question regularly and close deliberately. By the end you should be able to say what you're for and what you aren't, and lead from that instead of from the patterns that got you here.
Sustained Arc
Twelve sessions
Some situations just take longer. A turnaround. A founder transition. A year where the ground won't stop moving under you. Twelve sessions across nine to twelve months. We scope it together at the start and review at three and six months. You always know where we are and why.
Corporate Sponsorship and Scoping
Where an organization funds the work, the engagement is contracted three ways: with you, with your sponsor, and with me. That means an alignment conversation at the start, a check at the mid-point, and a close-out summary covering trajectory and themes. What you say in session stays in session. Engagements are scoped and priced after the fit conversation.
